It's been just over a year since Jesse James Garrett gave a name to the unified face of a few established Web technologies and techniques. Of course we're talking about [drum roll please] AJAX. More recently, Web 2.0 has found its way into our ever-expanding Internet vernacular, describing all things cool on the Web today.
Whether you can bring yourself to appreciate these monikers or not, one thing is certain, the underlying concepts are real and very important to anyone conducting business on the Web.
